Returns We offer a FULL NO QUIBBLE returns policy! If you find any of our products to be damaged, faulty, in any way different to you order or if simply you have received an item in error then this should be reported to our customer service department within 24hrs of receiving the goods. Once we have received this information we will arrange for the item to be collected and if necessary either a full refund inc p&p will be issued or a replacement delivered to you within 5 - 7 working days. If you are returning a product for any other reason than stated above this should be reported to our customer service department within 24hrs of receiving the goods. Once we have received this information we will arrange for the item to be collected and either a credit note will be issued or a replacement item will be delivered to you within 5 - 7 working days. If however you are not happy with the colour accuracy of your canvas or print then please contact our customer service department.   Shipping Whilst every effort will be made to delivery your order on time there may be circumstances beyond our control that cause your order to be delayed.
